The employer shall provide workers with fresh drinking water.
Where special working conditions require workers to drink frequently, the employer shall provide them with at least one non-alcoholic drink free of charge. The list of workstations concerned is drawn up by the employer, after consulting the occupational physician and the social and economic committee. The drinks and flavourings made available are chosen taking into account the wishes expressed by the employees and after consulting the occupational physician.
The employer shall determine the location of the drinks dispensing stations, close to the workstations and in a place that meets all hygiene requirements. The employer shall ensure that the dispensing equipment is maintained and in good working order, that the drinks are well preserved and that any contamination is avoided.
A suitable seat is provided for each worker at or near his or her workstation.
The workstation and the sanitary and catering facilities that disabled workers are likely to use in the establishment are arranged in such a way that these workers can access them easily. Their workstations and the safety signs concerning them are adapted if their disability so requires.
Appropriate sanitary facilities are provided for disabled workers.
