Applications from associations wishing to benefit from the provisions of article L. 2511-24 are sent to the arrondissement mayor. The arrondissement mayor is required to register applications submitted by associations that meet the conditions set out in the second paragraph of article L. 2511-24.
The borough mayor informs the borough council of the applications he has received and the action he has taken on them. The list of associations whose applications have been registered is made available to the public.
The five-day period within which, in accordance with the fifth paragraph of article L. 2511-25, the election of the district mayor and his deputies may be declared null and void for a period of twenty-four hours after the election.
The provisions of articles R. 2123-1 to R. 2123-7, R. 2123-9 to R. 2123-11, R. 2123-12 to R. 2123-22-1-D et D. 2123-23-1 to D. 2123-25 are applicable to arrondissement mayors, deputy arrondissement mayors and members of an arrondissement council in the municipalities of Paris, Marseille and Lyon.
For the application of article R. 2123-5, the number of hours credited for one quarter is equal to: 1° One hundred and five hours for arrondissement mayors; 2° Fifty-two and a half hours for deputy arrondissement mayors; 3° Ten and a half hours for arrondissement councillors.
