The group medical commission may make proposals to the strategic committee on any operation aimed at implementing the shared medical project. It may also formulate any proposal on the matters mentioned in II of article D. 6132-9, with a view in particular to developing and implementing the territorial policies mentioned in 1° to 9° of this II.

Subject to the provisions of article L. 6144-1, the medical committees of all or some of the institutions involved may delegate some of their powers mentioned in articles R. 6144-1 to R. 6144-1-2 to the group medical committee, with the latter’s agreement.

I.-The grouping’s medical committee includes, with voting rights : 1° The chairmen of the medical committees of the establishments involved in the grouping ; 2° The heads of the inter-institutional clinical and medico-technical activity centres, and the coordinators of the inter-hospital medical federations set up between all or some of the institutions involved in the grouping; 3° The doctor in charge of the regional medical information department; 4° Members representing…

The constitutive agreement specifies the composition, sets the number of seats and determines the procedures for appointing the members of the consortium’s medical committee, in accordance with the provisions of articles D. 6132-9-3 and D. 6132-9-5, ensuring balanced representation of each of the participating establishments and, where applicable, associated army hospitals, as well as staff numbers, disciplines and branches.
