Part Six: Health facilities and services

Subject to the provisions of this paragraph, the organisation and operation of the grouping’s unified medical commission follow the same rules as those applicable to the establishment medical commission, defined in section 1 of chapter IV of title IV of book I of part six of the present code.

The grouping’s unified medical committee meets at least four times a year. It has its own rules of procedure. It is convened by its chairman on an agenda that he sets. Such a meeting may be called at the request of the chairman of the strategic committee, at least half of the members of the commission or the director general of the regional health agency.
