A member of the teaching and hospital staff may only be assigned to an organisation that is a party to the agreement with the agreement of the person concerned.

Interns and, where appropriate, students from the university hospital centre may be assigned to the organisation party to the agreement with their agreement. The persons concerned shall be entitled, in the establishment to which they are assigned, to the remuneration and allowances to which they are entitled in the university hospital centre to which they have been appointed.
