Where the health care organisation manages a health centre, the contract includes the stipulations applicable to the health centre, in accordance with the latter’s medical project.

The contract sets out, for the health care organisation or authorisation holder : 1° Its strategic orientations, the development of its activities and, where appropriate, any related restructuring, taking into account the objectives of the regional health project and those set out in the regional multi-annual plan for risk management and the efficiency of the healthcare system. The contract identifies the intensive care units, the continuous monitoring units referred to in article R. 6123-38 and the paediatric continuous monitoring units referred to in article R. 6123-38-7 available to the establishment. It identifies the structures applying systemic medicinal treatments for cancer under the conditions set out in article R. 6123-90-1. It also identifies the treatments which are subject to national specifications and for which specific funding is provided.

In accordance with the procedures set out in articles D. 6121-7 to D. 6121-10, the contract sets quantitative targets for authorised care activities and heavy equipment, as defined in articles R. 6122-25 and R. 6122-26.
