Articles R. 6152-601, with the exception of the second paragraph, R. 6152-602, with the exception of 1° and 2°, R. 6152-603 to R. 6152-611, R. 6152-612, with the exception of 2°, and R. 6152-613 to R. 6152-630-9 are applicable to associate practitioners. A decree sets the list of allowances mentioned in 2° of article R. 6152-612 from which associate practitioners benefit.

The allowances available to associate practitioners are as follows: 1° Hardship allowances corresponding to the time worked, within the framework of weekly service obligations, at night, on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays; 2° Flat-rate allowances for any additional time worked, on a voluntary basis, over and above the weekly service obligations. Associate practitioners may claim the title of consultant associate practitioner from their eighth year of consecutive service in the same establishment as an associate practitioner and, for practitioners who have benefited from the provisions of article 33 of decree no. 2003-769 of 1st August 2003, as an associate practitioner.
