Part Six: Health facilities and services

The Disciplinary Board is chaired by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who appoints the other members. The Disciplinary Board comprises three sections of twelve members each. The secretariat of the Disciplinary Board is provided by the Regional Health Agency.

Members of the Board other than the Chairman have an alternate who is appointed under the same conditions as the full member.
