The chairmen of the Medical Commission and the Agency Committee may, on their own initiative or that of the full members of these bodies, ask to hear experts on a point on the agenda. Experts do not have the right to vote. They may only attend the part of the debates relating to the questions for which they are present, without being able to take part in the vote.

The opinions and wishes of the Medical Committee and the Agency Committee are brought to the attention of the Board of Directors at its next meeting. The Commission and the Committee shall be informed, within two months, by written communication from the Director of the Agency, of the action taken on their opinions or wishes.

The members of the Commission and the Committee shall be given every facility to carry out their duties. Documents required for the performance of their duties shall be sent to them at their request. Documents relating to items on the agenda for a meeting shall be sent to them at the latest at the same time as the agenda.
