I. – When the agreement establishing the regional hospital grouping so provides, the director of the support establishment signs the partnership agreements with the partner establishments. II. – Once the partnership agreement provided for in VIII of article L. 6132-1 has been signed, it is sent to the Director General of the relevant Regional Health Agency for information.
Where provided for in the constituent agreement and with the agreement of the Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital, the Director of the support establishment of the regional hospital grouping with which an Armed Forces Hospital is associated signs the agreements referred to in articles R. 6132-1-2 and R. 6132-1-3 on behalf of this hospital.
The rules of procedure are drawn up and adopted by the Strategic Committee, after consultation with the joint bodies and, in accordance with their respective remits, with the bodies of the institutions that are party to and associated with the Grouping.
I.-The shared medical project defines the medical strategy of the regional hospital grouping. It includes, in particular, with regard to the care sectors identified as priorities: 1° Medical objectives ; 2° Objectives for improving the quality, safety and appropriateness of care; 3° The organisation of a graduated range of care for each sector; 4° The principles for organising activities within each of the sectors, with details for each establishment, and,…
The shared medical project is drawn up for a maximum period of five years. The medical projects of the establishments that are part of the regional hospital grouping are consistent with the regional hospital grouping’s shared medical project.
A shared care plan is drawn up as part of an overall care strategy, in conjunction with the shared medical plan. The health care teams involved in each of the sectors mentioned in the project are involved in drawing it up.
I – A joint medical and nursing committee, comprising equal numbers of members of the group medical committee and members of the group nursing, rehabilitation and medical-technical committee, may be set up to make proposals for the structuring of care pathways within the shared medical project.
