The provisions of Chapter II of Title II of Book I of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

The provisions of Chapter II of Title II of Book I of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
The essences mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 3322-5 as well as wormwood essences and similar products or products likely to replace them may not be offered for sale in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
The provisions of Chapter III of Title I and those of Title II of Book IV of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 3833-2 and L. 3833-3 in their wording resulting from Law No. 2019-222 of 23 March 2019 on programming 2018-2022 and reform for the justice system.
The powers conferred by article L. 3422-1 on the representative of the State in the département are conferred on the representative of the State in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands.
In article L. 3423-1, the words “under the conditions set out in Chapters II and IV of Title I of this Book” do not apply in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
The provisions of Book VII of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
The provisions of Chapter II of Title II of Book I of this Part are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
Chapter I bis of Title III of Book I of Part Three is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2022-1089 of 30 July 2022 putting an end to the exceptional regimes created to combat the epidemic linked to covid-19, subject to the following adaptations : 1° References to the département are replaced, as appropriate, by references to New Caledonia or French Polynesia;…
