The provisions of Book I of Part Six are applicable to health establishments receiving pregnant women.
The authorised facilities that private health establishments are required to have in order to carry out voluntary terminations of pregnancy are set by decree.

The costs incurred in monitoring the application of the provisions of this chapter shall be borne by the State.
The detailed rules for the application of this chapter, and in particular the technical conditions for the organisation and operation of lactariums, shall be determined by decree.
