Tanks and storage tanks fitted to the indoor networks referred to in 3° of article R. 1321-43 must be maintained and checked as often as necessary and at least once a year.

The protection and treatment devices mentioned in articles R. 1321-53 and R. 1321-57 fitted to collective distribution systems must be checked and maintained.
