The technique referred to in article R. 1311-6 may only be used by: -persons who have made the declaration provided for in article R. 1311-2; -persons covered by collective agreements or whose main activity is referred to in the French nomenclature of activities, the lists of which are laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

It is forbidden to perform the techniques mentioned in articles R. 1311-1 and R. 1311-6 on a minor without the written consent of a person with parental authority or their guardian.
