The technical specifications and procedures for maintenance and sweeping, particularly with regard to the maintenance of closed fireplaces, heating appliances and solid fuel cooking appliances, the content and conditions for issuing the certificate referred to in article R. 1331-23, and the advice referred to in article R. 1331-25 are, where necessary, specified by order of the ministers responsible for the environment, construction, energy and health.
