Any person responsible for an establishment or organisation mentioned in article L. 3111-4 who fails to ensure that the establishment or organisation covers the costs of the vaccinations provided for in the said article is liable to a 5th class fine.
Failure to comply with the measures to prevent the spread of an epidemic taken in application of article L. 3114-4 is punishable by a 5th class fine.
Repeated offences under articles R. 3116-1 to R. 3116-4 are punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code.
Failure to carry out the compulsory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1 is punishable by a 5th class fine.
For the mandatory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1, the use of a non-approved process, product or appliance or the commissioning of an appliance without a certificate of conformity is punishable by a 5th class fine.
Repeated offences under articles R. 3116-9 and R. 3116-10 are punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code.
The use of prohibited toxic gases to destroy insects or rats in residential or other premises, or to disinfect such premises, is punishable by a 5th class fine. A repeat offence under this article is punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code.
Failure to comply with the obligations set out in the first and third paragraphs of article R. 3115-66 and the first and second paragraphs of article R. 3115-67 is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
Repeated offences under article R. 3116-16 are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Criminal Code.
