Owners of the private portions of apartment blocks have a survey carried out of list A materials and products containing asbestos. They shall also have a survey carried out for materials and products on list B containing asbestos, in order to draw up the report required under article L. 1334-13 in the event of sale.
Owners of communal areas of apartment blocks are required to carry out a survey for materials and products on lists A and B containing asbestos.
Owners of buildings other than those referred to in articles R. 1334-15 to R. 1334-17 must have a survey carried out for materials and products on lists A and B containing asbestos.
