The collection of breast milk includes: 1° Informing the prospective donor in advance of the conditions required for donating milk; 2° Interviewing the prospective donor in advance with a doctor, midwife or nurse; 3° Informing the donor of the hygienic and aseptic conditions under which the milk is collected and stored; 4° Checking the storage conditions of the milk before collection; 5° The collection of breast milk.

A health nursery may only be managed by a person aged between twenty-five and sixty-five. This person must be a doctor or nursery nurse.
