The Ethics and Conflicts of Interest Committee elects its Chairman and determines its operating procedures. It shall inform the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive. The Committee shall have access to all information held by the Agency necessary for the exercise of its powers. The Chief Executive Officer provides the Committee with the resources it needs to operate and takes the decisions necessary to implement its opinions and recommendations.
