The notification contains an election of domicile within the jurisdiction of the commercial court of the location of the business.
If the title of the new owner comprises various elements of land, some encumbered by registrations, others unencumbered, whether or not situated in the same jurisdiction, disposed of for one and the same price or for separate prices, the price of each element shall be declared in the notification, by breakdown of the total price expressed in the title.
The public officer appointed to carry out the sale of a business may have a copy of the supporting document mentioned in article R. 521-7 issued to him by the registrar. He may also obtain a copy of the authentic deeds of sale.
The costs and compensation due to the provisional administrator appointed pursuant to article L. 143-4 are taxed by the president of the commercial court.

Where the cancellation, not consented to by the creditor, is requested by way of a principal action, such action shall be brought before the commercial court of the place of registration.
For the application of articles L. 143-2, L. 143-6, L. 143-10 and L. 143-13, the domicile declared is the domicile elected by the creditors in their entries.
For the application of article L. 143- 21, it shall be carried out in accordance with articles 1281- 2 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Management contracts defined in article L. 144-1 shall be published within two weeks of their date in the form of extracts or notices in a medium authorised to receive legal announcements. The end of the management lease shall give rise to the same publicity measures.
The special conditions of application to public transport and industrial vehicle rental companies of articles L. 144-1 et seq relating to management leases for businesses and craft businesses are determined by this section.
