The application relating to the suspension of the insolvency proceedings, submitted by the coordinator pursuant to Article L. 694-4, shall be referred to the court by petition. For the purposes of implementing Article L. 694-8, the mandataire de justice who does not follow the recommendations of the collective coordination programme shall inform the juge-commissaire of his reasons. The official receiver shall report to the court and notify the public prosecutor. .
The official receiver shall rule on the request for disclosure of confidential information pursuant to the second paragraph of I of Article L. 695-2 within eight days of the matter being referred to him after having requested written observations from the mandataires de justice, the debtor and the public prosecutor. The decision is notified to the debtor, the judicial representatives and the Public Prosecutor.
The court, the juge-commissaire or the mandataire de justice appointed pursuant to Article L. 695-3 may require that any request for communication, cooperation or assistance be made in writing in the French language or accompanied by a translation into the French language. The request may be made, if the court, the juge-commissaire or the mandataire de justice appointed pursuant to Article L. 695-3 agrees, by electronic means.
The persons mentioned in the last sentence of Article L. 695-4 shall be notified of the communication by the registry by any means.
If the debtor fulfils the conditions of the first paragraph of Article L. 626-29, the insolvency administrator shall without delay notify the insolvency practitioner appointed in insolvency proceedings opened by the court of another Member State in respect of the debtor of the dates of the meetings of the classes of affected parties, and no later than twenty days before the date of the first vote.
The constituencies of the territorial, local and departmental chambers of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France cover the entire territory of metropolitan France and that of the local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution. The same portion of territory may not be included in the constituency of more than one territorial, local or departmental chamber of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France.
Territorial chambers of commerce and industry are established by decree on the proposal of the minister responsible for their supervision.
Local chambers of commerce and industry are established by decree. The decree shall in particular determine the constituency and location of the local chamber of commerce and industry.
