In the absence of adaptation, references made by provisions of this code applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, to provisions which are not applicable there, are replaced by references to provisions with the same purpose applicable locally.
References made, by provisions of the present code applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, to provisions of the Labour Code are only applicable there if there is a locally applicable provision having the same purpose.
References to registration with the Trade Register and the National Business Register as a business in the trades and crafts sector are replaced by references to registration made in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
Articles referring to the European Community shall apply in compliance with the Association Decision provided for in Article 187 of the Treaty establishing the European Community. References to the Agreement on the European Economic Area shall not apply.
In article R. 121-5, the words: “of I of article L. 121-4” are replaced by: “of article L. 121-4”.
The exemptions provided for in articles R. 123-203, R. 123-204, R. 123-207 and R. 123-208 are applicable to individuals subject to a simplified tax regime under local regulations.

For the application of Article L. 233-16, the words: “24,000,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “2,864,000,000 CFP francs” and the words: “48,000,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “5,728,000,000 CFP francs”.
For the application of Articles R. 221-3, R. 221-4, R. 223-26, R. 225-20, R. 225-22, R. 225-24, R. 225-47, R. 225-49, R. 225-51, R. 225-106 and R. 227-1-1, the reference to Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 910-2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market is replaced by the reference to the…
