The articles of association and internal regulations of the fund management company are approved by a joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Budget. The internal regulations of the advisory committee are approved under the same conditions.
A decree specifies the conditions under which the fund management company implements the provisions of this section, in particular for the management of applications and the granting of aid.

Judicial auctioneers shall declare to the disciplinary chamber each quarter the number of sales carried out and the amount of each sale.
