Article A310-3 of the French Commercial code

The declaration receipt provided for in article R. 310-3 shall mention the identity or corporate name of the declarant, the name, address and unique identification number of the commercial establishment concerned by the liquidation, as well as the reason, the start date and its duration. It must be dated. It shall be drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 3-2 to this book.

Article A310-4 of the French Commercial code

Information at the point of sale is provided by the declarant throughout the duration of the clearance sale by displaying a copy of the declaration receipt issued by the town hall that is legible from the public highway.
