The oral examinations are held in open session. They are marked from 0 to 20. Each mark is assigned a coefficient of 2.Admission is decided by the selection board on the basis of the average obtained by the candidate in all the written and oral tests, provided that this average is equal to or higher than 10 out of 20.
The jury will draw up a list of candidates declared admitted. The Caisse des dépôts et consignations provides a daily statement of account to the clerk of the commercial courts. This statement shows the mandatory deposit account number, the previous balance, the record of payments and withdrawals made from this account, the date and the new balance.
The mandatory deposit accounts allocated to the various categories of funds may not be used for cash withdrawals, to make payment or credit cards available or to hold any direct debit authorisation. The holder of an allocated mandatory deposit account may, by express order, make transfers to other accounts as part of the performance of the tasks entrusted to him.
With the exception of funds or financial instruments received by the clerk of the commercial courts under Article L. 3253-15 of the French Labour Code, the deposits held in each mandatory deposit account shall earn interest at the rate and in the manner set out in the decision taken pursuant to Article L. 518-23 of the Monetary and Financial Code
