For the application of article R. 182, the sum of : “6.86 euros” is replaced by : “10.06 euros (1,200 F CFP)”.

A article R. 187, after the words “public prosecutor”, the following words are inserted: “, subject to the regulatory provisions relating to members of the gendarmerie acting as bailiffs”.
At the end of the second paragraph of article R. 189, the words: “by insertion in a police bulletin” are replaced by the words: “by any other means”.
Article R. 190 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 190.-A premium of 2.52 euros (300 F CFP) is allocated to the persons mentioned in article R. 188, for the execution of warrants to bring witnesses or measures of constraint exercised against defaulting witnesses under articles 109, 110 and 153.”
Article R. 191 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 191.-The persons mentioned in article R. 188 for capture or seizure of the person, in execution of: “1° A police judgement or a correctional judgement or ruling imposing a prison sentence not exceeding ten days: 2.52 euros (300 F CFP); “2° An arrest warrant or a correctional judgement or ruling carrying a prison sentence of more than ten days: 3.74 euros…
Article R. 192 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 192.-For the posting of the order which, under the terms of articles 627 and 628, must be issued and published against contumaxes, including the record of the publication, bailiffs shall be awarded compensation of 4.19 euros (500 F CFP). “
Article R. 193 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 193.-A fee of 2.06 euros (250 F CFP) shall be paid to bailiffs for affixing each of the three extracts of the judgment of conviction in absentia that must be displayed, in accordance with Article 634, and for drawing up the report recording the completion of this formality. “
Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article R. 194 are deleted.
At Article R. 195, the words: “an allowance of 4.57 euros” are deleted, and after the words: “duly established”, the words: “an allowance equal to that allocated to civil servants of the State” are inserted. .
