The provisions of article 529-7 of this code relating to the fixed fine with a minority are applicable to second, third and fourth class offences mentioned in article R. 48-1 (1°) with the exception of offences punishable by the articles R. 417-1 to R. 417-13 and R. 421-7 du code de la route relative à l’arrêt et au stationnement dangereux, gênant ou abusif.

When the offender has not paid the minor fixed fine, he is liable for the fixed fine and the provisions of articles R. 49, R. 49-3 to R. 49-8 are applicable.
The traffic offences provided for in article R48-1 for which the fixed fine is not applicable are subject to the provisions of articles R. 49 to R. 49-8.
The ticket and payment card mentioned in article R. 49-1, if they are sent pursuant to article 529-10, are accompanied by a request for exoneration form specifying the conditions for admissibility of the request provided for in article 529-2, the methods of payment of the deposit, as well as the penalties provided for by the articles 226-10 et 441-1 du code pénal et R. 49-19 of this code.

When the request for exoneration or the complaint is accompanied by the information provided for in b of 1° of Article 529-10, it specifies the surname, first names, sex, date of birth and address of the presumed driver, as well as his driving licence number.
When the request for exoneration or the claim is accompanied by the document provided for in d of 1° of article 529-10, the latter contains the relevant information specified by joint order of the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Road Safety, derived from data recorded by the system for recording driving delegation data.
