Failure to declare an activity in accordance with the provisions of article L. 6351-2 is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Failure to submit an amending declaration in the event of a change to one or more elements of the initial declaration, in disregard of the provisions of the first paragraph of Article L. 6351-5, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Failure to declare the cessation of activity, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6351-5, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Failure to provide proof of the qualifications of the teaching and supervisory staff employed and of the relationship between these qualifications and the services provided in the field of vocational training, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-1, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Any person who has been convicted of a criminal offence constituting a breach of probity, good character or honour, may be fined up to €4,500 for performing, even de facto, a managerial, apprentice-teaching or administrative role in a training organisation, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-2.
Failure to draw up internal rules applicable to trainees and apprentices, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-3, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Drawing up internal regulations that do not include the provisions required by article L. 6352-3 is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
Any private-sector training provider that fails to draw up a balance sheet, profit and loss account and notes to the accounts, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-6, is liable to a fine of 4,500 euros.
Any private-sector training provider who, when carrying out multiple activities, fails to keep separate accounts for continuing vocational training on the one hand and apprenticeship on the other, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-7, is liable to a fine of 4,500 euros.
Any private-sector training provider that fails to appoint a statutory auditor in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-8 is liable to a fine of €4,500.
