Disabled persons mentioned in 2° and 3° of article L. 341-4 of the Social Security Code, who receive a social benefit linked to total incapacity for work, may not be registered on the list of jobseekers for the duration of their incapacity.
Jobseekers who are immediately available for work are guided and supported in their job search by Pôle emploi. They are required to participate in defining and updating the personalised employment access project referred to in article L. 5411-6-1, to carry out positive and repeated acts of job-seeking and to accept reasonable offers of employment as defined in articles L. 5411-6-2 and L. 5411-6-3.
A personalised employment access project is drawn up and updated jointly by the jobseeker and Pôle emploi or, where provided for in an agreement with Pôle emploi, an organisation participating in the public employment service. The personalised employment access project is updated periodically. When it is updated, the elements making up the reasonable job offer are revised, in particular to increase the prospects of a return to employment.
