When the waiting period provided for by the social security scheme to which the councillor to the Assembly of Martinique or the executive councillor is subject for the payment of daily allowances is longer than the fifteen-day period laid down in Article D. 7227-33, the official allowances shall be paid to him in full during the period not giving rise to the payment of any daily allowance.
The contribution rate ceiling provided for in article L. 7227-30 is set as follows: – local authority contribution rate: 8%; – elected member contribution rate: 8%.
The regional cooperation fund established by article L. 7253-7 contributes to the integration of Martinique into its geographical environment. The list of operations financed by the regional cooperation fund and the rate of subsidy applicable to each shall be determined after consultation with the heads of diplomatic posts in the States concerned. The decisions of the committee shall be adopted by majority vote. In the event of a tied vote, the Chairman shall have the casting vote. >.
The committee draws up an annual report for the Prime Minister on the assessment, evaluation and monitoring of operations subsidised by the regional cooperation fund.
