Except when the sites council sits in a “heritage and architecture” formation, the chairman has the casting vote in the event of a tie. A secret ballot is automatically held when three members present or represented so request.
State departments, local authorities and public services that are not represented on the sites council may be heard on matters that concern them, at the request of the chairman or co-chairmen when the council is sitting in a “heritage and architecture” formation. The council may also hear any person whose testimony it deems useful. .
The provisions of articles R. 4421-10 to R. 4421-14, insofar as they govern the operation of the Corsican Sites Council sitting in a formation known as “heritage and architecture”, are applicable to the permanent delegation created within the latter. .
