Article R6451-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of this Title apply to the local authority’s public establishments and to the local semi-public companies mentioned in 7° of Article LO 6451-2. For the application of these provisions to the local authority’s public establishments and local semi-public companies, the President of the Territorial Council is understood to mean the President or Director of the public establishment or semi-public company.
