The resolution by which the General Council awards the financial assistance provided for in article L. 3123-19-1 may specify the procedures for allocating and monitoring this aid, in particular the possible splitting of its payment. In respect of each calendar year, the General Council is provided with an individual summary statement of aid paid to elected beneficiaries.
To be eligible for the financial assistance provided by article L. 3123-19-1, the elected representatives concerned must produce any document justifying the use of a universal employment-service voucher in accordance with the aforementioned article.
The maximum amount of this aid is equal to that set by article D. 7233-8 of the French Employment Code, per calendar year and per beneficiary who has used one or more services financed by this aid. It may not exceed the cost of the services borne by the beneficiary. .

When the waiting period stipulated by the social security scheme to which the departmental elected representative is subject for the payment of daily allowances is longer than the 15-day period set out in article D. 3123-23-1, the official allowances are paid in full during the period not giving rise to the payment of any daily allowances.
The ceiling on the contribution rates provided for in article L. 3123-22 is set as follows: -rate of contribution by the department: 8%; -rate of contribution by the elected representative: 8%.

The provisions of articles R. 2131-5 to R. 2131-7 are applicable to public contracts awarded by the départements and their public establishments.
