Article L1525-1 of the French Public Health Code

Article L1525-2 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in Wallis and Futuna, Article L. 1271-1 is replaced by the following provisions: Art.L. 1271-1 – Carrying out blood transfusion-related activities without holding the authorisations provided for in article L. 1221-12 or in breach of the requirements laid down in these authorisations is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 euros.

Article L1525-6 of the French Public Health Code

The following are punishable by the penalties laid down in article L. 1525-4: 1° Falsifying medicinal substances intended for sale; 2° Exhibiting, offering for sale or selling falsified medicinal substances. If the falsified medicinal substance is harmful to human health, the penalties are doubled. These penalties apply even if the harmful falsification is known to the buyer or consumer.
