In Mayotte, by way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 4211-1 and L. 4211-7, persons other than pharmacists or herbalists carrying out an activity involving the supply of medicinal plants on 2 October 1992 may be authorised by the State representative to hold and sell medicinal plants or parts of plants under the conditions set out in the first three paragraphs of article L. 4211-7.
For the application of article L. 4221-17 in Mayotte, the words: “subject to the provisions of article L. 138-9 of the Social Security Code,” are replaced by the words: “subject to discounts, rebates and similar commercial or financial advantages of any kind granted by all suppliers of pharmacies for reimbursable pharmaceutical specialities. “
For its application in Mayotte, article L. 4311-3 is supplemented by a 4° reading as follows: “4° Or, in order to work in the territorial health services of Mayotte, the nursing diploma issued by Mayotte prior to 1st September 2004, under conditions specified by order of the ministers responsible for overseas France and health”.
The provisions of the sixth and seventh paragraphs of article L. 4311-15 and those of articles L. 4311-16 to L. 4311-18, L. 4311-26 and L. 4311-27 are applicable to masseur-physiotherapists, chiropodists, speech therapists and orthoptists in Mayotte.
For its application in Mayotte, the third paragraph of article L. 4333-1 states: “Registration is only possible in one local authority. If the activity is carried out in Mayotte and in a department, the person concerned is entered on the list of the local authority in which his main place of professional practice is located. This provision does not apply to military occupational therapists and psychomotricians. “
Article L. 4001-3 is applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.
The provisions of Book I of Part IV, in the version resulting from Law No. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 on the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system, with the exception of Articles L. 4123-15, L. 4123-16, L. 4124-9, L. 4124-10, L. 4126-7, L. 4131-4 and L. 4131-5 and Chapter III of Title III, shall apply in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the adaptations…
For the application of article L. 4113-14 to Wallis and Futuna, the words: “the representative of the State in the department” are replaced by the words: “the representative of the State in the territory” and the words: “departmental council” are replaced by the words: “council of the Order of Wallis and Futuna or the body which exercises its functions”.
