Article L6147-9 of the French Public Health Code

Personnel working in the Armed Forces Medical Corps may work in public health establishments under the conditions laid down in their statutes. An agreement is then drawn up between the Minister of Defence or his representative and the legal representative of the establishments concerned. Expenses relating to personnel on secondment are reimbursed by the host organisation in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
