The duties of a member of the Board of Directors are incompatible with that of a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, a member of the Marketing Authorisation Monitoring Committee and a member of the Ethics and Conflict of Interest Committee.
The Managing Director, the Budget Controller, the Accounting Officer and the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. The Chief Executive Officer may also be assisted by any person of his choice.
