If the Director General of the Regional Health Agency does not respond to an application for authorisation or an application for renewal of authorisation, as referred to in I and III of Article D. 3112-8 respectively, this will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the application on expiry of a period of four months from the date of receipt of the complete application.
The Regional Health Agency is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, monitoring and analysis of the activities of approved centres.
