The persons mentioned in articles R. 3112-1 and R. 3112-2 are exempt from the vaccination requirement if a medical certificate certifies that vaccination is contraindicated. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency may authorise tuberculosis centres corresponding to one of the following categories, in application of article L. 3112-2: 1° Health establishments carrying out one or more of the public service missions defined in article L. 6112-1; 2° Health centres mentioned in article L. 6323-1; 3° Services or organisations under the authority of a département and responsible for preventive health care.
