The Departmental Council of the College of Nurses shall refuse registration on the roll of the College if the applicant does not meet the conditions of competence, good character and independence required to practise the profession, if he/she is temporarily or permanently banned from practising the profession in France or abroad, or if he/she has been suspended pursuant to article L. 4311-26.
Nurses applying to be entered on the roll must have the language skills required to practise the profession and knowledge of the systems of weights and measures used in France.
